Dr. Andrew Falkovsky graduated Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, with a Magna Cum Laude, where he received his DMD degree. While attending dental school, Dr. Andrew was an active member of the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. However, he felt that there was not enough instruction in contemporary aesthetic, cosmetic dentistry. Thus, he helped develop the Aesthetic Dental Society at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where students had a greater opportunity to learn modern cosmetic and surgical dental procedures.

Dr. Andrew participated in numerous community programs. He participated in a program called “Give Kids A Smile,” where he taught children about the importance of oral health, as well as gave oral cancer screenings and participated in oral cancer walks. Furthermore, he participated in a dental mission trip sponsored by the VIDA organization, during which he provided dental care to those in need in remote areas of Costa Rica.

After completing four years of dental school Dr. Andrew completed a prestigious general practice residency program at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. During his time as a resident, he refined the skills he learned in dental school. He also had the opportunity to learn new surgical procedures, including the unique opportunity to perform dentistry in the operating room.

Dr. Andrew completed the world-renowned implant residency program at New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry. This is a two-year program during which participants are taught virtual surgical planning, bone grafting, tissue grafting, and placement and restoration of dental implants.

Dr. Andrew grew up on Long Island, New York. During his grade school years, he enjoyed playing hockey and basketball. While attending college at SUNY Stony Brook he volunteered for the Adapted Aquatics program, where he was a lifeguard and therapist helping children and adults with disabilities improve body control with water exercises.

Dr. Andrew believes that proper diagnosis and treatment planning are at the core of what differentiates great dentistry from mediocre dentistry. Dr. Andrew believes that the only way to a proper diagnosis and quality treatment is to intently listen, thoroughly examine, and provide you with several different options to take care of all your oral health needs. Dr. Andrew has an unyielding passion for the dental profession and regularly attends various continuing education courses to keep abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry. Dr. Andrew is a member of the South Carolina Dental Association (SCDA), American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the American Dental Association (ADA).

When Dr. Andrew is not caring for his patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Klaudia Falkovsky; their son, Jacob; and the family dog. They enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Drs. Andrew and Klaudia Falkovsky are excited to be part of the Rock Hill community and hope to contribute to its growth and prosperity.
